A conference created for Catholic men.
The following are details about a men's conference that our men of Christ men's group hosted on March 26, 2022. As noted below, we are planning to offer this once again on March 11, 2023.

The Men of Christ organization in Wisconsin has become the largest Catholic men’s conference in the country, drawing 3,500+ to its annual conference in 2019. This group first began to host conferences in 2007. Due to the pandemic, beginning in 2022, their leaders offered this event virtually to the churches in their diocese of Wisconsin. Since this event was virtual, this permitted their leadership to execute on their desire to share the value of this event with catholic men outside of their diocese,. Thanks for their generosity and exceptional skills at hosting an event, in March 2022, this online virtual event was hosted on Long Island  at St. Anthony’s of Padua roman catholic church, located at 20 Cheshire Place, East Northport. 
 

Conference Agenda

Men came to our parish to first attend 8:30 am mass. After mass, we went downstairs to view virtual online presentations by 5 Catholic leaders in the US, on the large screens, as shown in photos above.  But just as important was the opportunity for fellowship with like-minded Catholic men.

 

Breakfast was served in our downstairs designated serving area, as well as lunch and refreshments. Our kitchen area was adjacent to where the presentations were broadcasted on a two, 12 foot large screen, for all to view. 

 

The Holy Spirit has led members of each of our organizations to have a common goal, of helping men re-engage in their Catholic faith. The conference was an event where men could come together, learn from great speakers, and disconnect from the secular world for a Saturday, to experience the fullness of the Catholic faith and richness of genuine friendship. It has become a time for fathers and sons, uncles and grandfathers, friends and other Christian men who were seeking a deeper relationship with Christ, to gather and for fellowship.

We are planning to participate once again with the men of Christ in Wisconsin, for their next event which is scheduled for Saturday, March 11th, 2023 from 8:30 am to 2 pm. Registration will be available on our website approximately 60 days before this event. Registration will be required so that we will be able to properly accommodate those that will be attending. We welcome all men of any age, to "Come and See!"
